Package Details: All itineraries, activities, and inclusions are subject to availability and may be altered without prior notice in case of unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing and Payment

Dynamic Pricing: Prices for packages, services, and flights are subject to change due to fluctuations in exchange rates, taxes, or third-party service provider charges.

Payment Terms: Full or partial payment is required as per the package terms. Non-payment within the stipulated period will result in automatic cancellation.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Amendments

Cancellations by Users:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or through the official Yatra Odyssey portal.

Refunds will follow the cancellation policy of individual services (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators) included in the package.

Cancellations by Yatra Odyssey:

If a trip is canceled by Yatra Odyssey due to force majeure, natural disasters, or other emergencies, users may opt for an alternate package or a full refund (excluding non-refundable service components).

Amendment Requests:

Changes to confirmed bookings will attract amendment fees as per the package guidelines.

5. Special Offers and Discounts

Offers are limited to specific packages and may have eligibility requirements (e.g., Yatra Prime membership).

Discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless explicitly stated.

6. Travel Documentation

Users are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, and health certificates as required by their destination(s).

Yatra Odyssey provides assistance but does not guarantee visa issuance or clearance.

7. Responsibility and Liability

Yatra Odyssey acts as an intermediary between users and third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, local guides). It is not liable for service failures, delays, or changes by these third parties.

Users should arrange travel insurance to cover unforeseen expenses or risks.

8. Force Majeure

Yatra Odyssey is not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Data Privacy

All user data collected is handled in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Yatra Odyssey may share necessary details with service providers to facilitate bookings.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes must be resolved amicably through Yatra Odyssey’s customer service. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in India.
